Often residents will move from outside of the area to live at a KindCare community near their loved ones – which can add to the stress of identifying the right assisted living or memory care options. At KindCare Assisted Living, we strive to make this process easier for local families wishing to move their loved one to our communities.
We also work with families that live far away, but have a relative who chooses to move to our community – selecting KindCare Assisted Living as a way to stay connected to their social circle, their health care providers, and their community roots. In these situations, we coordinate efforts with various eldercare professionals such as senior move managers, senior real estate advisors, local primary care physicians and geriatricians, and transportation to ensure a successful move to our communities.
We pride ourselves on working together with other professionals in the eldercare and senior living space to coordinate what is best for the resident and their family.
KindCare Assisted Living offers on-site physical therapy and rehab services for residents that either need to continue therapies following an acute hospitalization would benefit from continued therapies after leaving a skilled nursing setting or post-acute rehab, or may have seen a decline in strength in the community. These therapies are offered through a third party Visiting Nurse Agency and available to all residents on site.
