The Zoning Commission recently approved plans for the first senior assisted living facility in the borough.
NAUGATUCK, CT — The borough’s first senior assisted living facility was recently approved by the Zoning Commission in a 4-1 vote, according to the Citizen’s News.
The Citizen’s News reports Senior Living Development, LLC plans to build a 60,700-square-foot, five-story facility on North Main Street between Wood Street and Myrtle Avenue.
The facility, which will be for ages 62 or older who need daily assistance, will have 116 bedrooms and 50 parking spaces, according to the Citizen’s News.
