Mark has over 40 years of experience in real estate development, construction, acquisitions, entitlements, and financing. 

In 2012, he formed Senior Living Development LLC (SLD), based in Fairfield, Connecticut—specializing in assisted living and memory care projects. His firm optioned, purchased, and/or approved 8 developments in Fairfield, New Haven, and Hartford counties (in Connecticut), comprising 1,037 units in total. 

In 2017, SLD combined forces with TODA Capital LLC to expand its breadth and reach further into the Senior Sector. 

Mark holds a BS in Business Economics. He is married with 2 children and resides with his family in Roxbury, Connecticut.
