Tommy is the owner of Silver Heights Development LLC, a Darien, Connecticut-based finance and real estate development company. 

Tommy began his career in private equity—identifying, funding, and directing businesses in various industries, including the biotech, software, and travel sectors. He is also the principal of TODA Capital LLC. 

Fluent in multiple languages, Tommy holds degrees from Hebrew University in Economics and International Relations and an MA and ABD in Economics from the University of Chicago. 

Tommy is married with 4 sons and resides in Stamford, Connecticut.
